Grandpa Arie's Bench

I never got to meet him but I know I would have loved him - Grandpa Arie. Today, the Kurtzig/Freedman family got together and celebrated Grandpa Arie by having a fun family picnic at Steep Ravine Campground near Stinson Beach. Grandpa Arie has his very own permanent memorial bench there - Mom and Dad promised to take me there often. It is soooo beautiful. I saw my first deer tonight. I was not afraid of them and I didn't scare them away either - I was vewy vewy quiet. I also loved the campfire - so fun - we cooked shrimp and had warm chocolate brownies aroung the campfire. I wonder why my Grandma Leslie does not like this camping stuff?
